Instruction
1.为了骄横海外海事组织、哄骗机关和船级社的法例和条目，确保消防、救生配置的完好，进一步完善养护记载，制订了本记载簿。
This Record book is compiled according to the request of IMO, Marine Authority and Classification Society.
2.此记载簿由三副记载和填写，填写时必须仔细、肃穆、载入正确、笔迹潜入、整洁。并按 SOLAS 条目.每周将救生配置查验情况简要载入帆海日记中。
This book is recorded by 3RD Officer for the Inspection and Maintenance of the Fire-Fighting, Lifesaving And Personal Protection Equipment every week . All records must clean, clear and correct.
3.消防、救生配置的配备数目、查验周期等王人把柄海外海事组织（IMO）通过的《海外海上东说念主命安全条约（1974 年 SOLAS）》和 往届修正案法例和条目。
The quantity and examination period for all Fire-Fighting, Lifesaving And Personal Protection Equipment shall meet the requirment of the SOLAS 1974 and its Amendment.
4.本记载簿中部分配置不属三副哄骗，商量哄骗东说念主员协助完成，由三副记载，共同署名。
Both of the person-in-charge and the 3rd Officer should sign at the bottom if the euipments is not maintance by 3rd Officer.
5.三副必须按法例的周期进行消防、救生配置的查验和养护，如发现弱势应实时记载，尽量自行整改，或告大副、船主，由船上整改。必要时报公司商量部门匡助整改。
The 3rd Officer must complete the maintenance job by period. If there is any defect, self-repaired or report the defect to the 1st Offcier or Master.
6.三副必须按法例三个月将此记载簿送交大副、半年送交船主签阅，大副、船主在查阅后，发现问题应实时给三副以指引。
The 3rd Officer shall handle the record book to 1st Officer every 3 morths anf to Master half a year for checking and approval. The 1st Officer and the master shall make a guide for 3rd Master if there is any problem,
7.哄骗部门来船查验时三副应将此记载簿交哄骗东说念主员审阅。
The 3rd Officer shall handle this record book for checking during survey.
8.记载簿用完后必须在船保留 3 年。
This Record Book shall kept on board for 3 years after used.
